Dr. Beth Hankins is a 2010 graduate of Wisconsin, and her special interests are client communication, education, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, and pain management. At her previous clinic, she conducted drug trials and introduced low-stress cat handling techniques.
Twenty four hours after her interview, she strolled into the clinic, hung her coat plucked from the set of Happy Days, and was absorbed into the fabric of the clinic as if she’d been there for ten years. Don’t be surprised if she explains a case of kennel cough like something out of Where the Wild Things Are. Dr. Hankins' mother was a Nurse Practitioner, and described bacteria and the immune system to her daughter using monsters as characters. Beth has had a syringe in her hand since she was seven years old, when their Golden Retriever whelped a litter of puppies in the back of the garage.
While her medicine is cutting edge, off-the-clock she is straight out of the way-back machine, with her love of Mid-Century Modern architecture and design, and her mad skills as a seamstress.
