Wellness Plans for Dogs

Services include:

Dogs 1-8 years old

• Twice per year physical exams
• Vaccination schedule tailored to each dog's individual needs
• Once per year fecal exams
• Year around parasite control
• Chemistry Panel (chem 6)
• CBC
• Urinalysis
• Yearly heartworm test
• Dental home care
• Weight assessment/management
• Behavior assessment
• +/- ECG

Dogs over 8 years old

• Twice per year physical exams
  Vaccination schedule tailored to each animal dog (including vaccination titer)
• Year around parasite control
• Twice per year fecal exams
• Chemistry panel (chem 6)
• CBC
• Urinalysis
• Yearly heartworm test
• Dental home care
• Weight assessment/management
• Behavior assessment/management
• +/- ECG
• Thyroid Panel on suspicious dogs and those with breed predisposition
• Radiographs and blood work for referrals to other care providers such as chiropractic, acupuncture or other alternative care providers
